Automatic Update fails instalation everytime

Dear Sir

The automatic update feature downloaded the "Security update for SQL Server
2005 Service Pack 3 (KB970892).

Since it was downloaded it tries to insstall and always fail (Error 0x737D).

Even some reports are sended to Microsoft but it also failed to produce some
solution.

Can you give me some clues?
