I was having the same issue. Thinking I needed to power cycle the server, I
went into our server room and logged into the server and there were a couple
drwtsn32.exe error popups. Cleared those, checked the event logs and there
was an entry under System from the Windows Update agent that KB926247 had
installed successfully. Walked back to my workstation that had a remote
desktop connection to the server and windows update had finished and was
ready to restart. The only other thing I had tried was starting the SNMP
service, so I'm not sure if that prompted the Dr. Watson errors.
