Automatic Update with SUS issues

Hi

We use SUS in our environment and we are having a few issues with the
Automatic Update client in that once the updated have been installed and the
machine is rebooted the client then presents the same updates to be
installed. Our users are getting irritated as you can imagine and any help
on why this is happening would be great.

We are running Windows XP SP2 clients

I am sorry you are hitting this issue. May I suggest a better newsgroup for
these issues with Software Update Services? Individual updates might have
this issue over how they are detected, but here is that newsgroup:

microsoft.public.softwareupdatesvcs
