Hi, Gary;
Click the "Custom" option. That will then check to see which updates are
appropriate for your system and provide you with a list (in the left pane)
similar to what you saw in the older version of Windows Update. You can
then investigate each as you wish.
The "Express" method will list all the high priority updates and let you
install then with just one click. This is faster when all you want is just
the high priority updates, and some folks prefer that option.
