Hello fermu,
I did as you instructed but I had already found the solution to my problem.
Since once again, Microsofts updates page was saying that these services were
dissables I went back in using the command prompt (services.msc) and turned
them back on, but I went farther than just that. First I clicked the tab for
each service labeled "Dependancies" to see if this service was dependant upon
another or that another was dependant upon this one. If it or another was I
then went to that service and made sure it also was started, if it wasn't I
started it. Then I went back to all those services I started and clicked the
"Log On" tab. In here I checked the box (Allow service to interact with
desktop) that is under "Local system account" and then apply after each one I
did. The tird thing I did was, I went to the link at the bottom of the
updates page that says "Find Solutions". Here they have a link just for this
problem. "The necessary services are disabled or unavailable. Error
0x80246008" On this page I followed all the instructions. Some are redundant
but the very last two are new. Once I did this and restarted my computer,
then I was finally able to update my system. I do not know if this will work
for anyone else but it is worth a try. Here are the results from what you
asked me to do however.
