Automatic Updates will not allow me to update error # 0x8024D007

My automatic updates is turned off and when I go to microsoft.com and go into
the automatic updates it says: The website has encountered a problem and
cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below
might help you solve the problem. and it gives me error # 0x8024D007
