Automatic Updates not working

Hi, am using Windows XP (SP2) and have not had any MS updates for ages. I
have my PC set up for automatic updates but am not getting any. Any ideas?

Yes. Either Automatic Updates or BITS has been corrupted/damaged by the
installed antivirus software/security suite/security software or, the
updating of system files is being blocked.

Go to Start > Run > type in [or copy&paste the below into the Open: line]

%windir%\windowsupdate.log

Click OK or press Enter

Copy and paste the last 50 or so lines of the log into your reply, please.
