Automatic Updates Restart Now NAG Screen

Hello Guru's

Has anybody found a way to disable the 15 Minute NAG Screen for Restarts of
the System after Windows Update downloaded a software.

First: I cannot cancel certain task at the time Windows likes to
Second: This lousy NAG Screen takes away the Focus from my Application which
is HELL!
Third: If I said LATER, I mean LATER, not 15 Minutes!
