Hi,
I have four machines each different and on different connections, but not
one of them can receive updates via automatic updates, I end up having to go
to the Windows Update site. I have tried the option where you set a time for
installation and where you only automatically download the updates and
install them later but neither works. The windows update site recognises I
have it enabled, but I never get the updates on any machine.

Hi Andrew. A little more info would be helpful. What OS on each machine? What
type of connections? are they in different locations? or all behind the same
router/firewall etc...

Hi,
All machines running Win xp pro SP2, two in one location and two in another.
At both locations the machines are networked via a router / modem cobination
and all of the machines use Norton Internet Security 2004
