Generally you are better off getting windows Updates directly from the
hardware manufacturer and not Windows Update.
You can use Windows Update as a guide.
When a driver is available through Windows Update, instead go to the
hardware manufacturer for the driver.
Or you can disable driver notification in Windows Update:
Right click My Computer
Click Properties.
Click Hardware tab.
Under Drivers, click Windows Update.
Make selection as desired.
