Automatically Log Off users

I am running Vista ultimate and have enabled user accounts for 4 other family
members. They all just get up and walk away from the machine and the next
user has to log off the previous user and then log into their own profile. I
want to enable a policy or script that will automatically log a user off
after a specified time. In XP there was a Winexit.scr file you could install
and configure to achieve this functionality. How can I configure Vista to
log people off automatically?

The screen savers, and Power Options both have a checkbox on the settings to
require using a logon to return.
"Require a password on wakeup" is a link in the Tasks pane at Control
Panel/Power Options.
