Hey:

I want to be able to automatically log onto my user account after sleep or
shutdown. I unchecked 'require password etc.' under 'control
userpasswords2'. But it keeps logging on to an administrator account. Is
there a way to make the computer open at the desktop of my standard account?
I would like the administrator account to be password protected.

Thanks,
Ed H

Hello Ed
Whichever account you were on before you put the computer to slee
mode, you'll come back to the SAME account after the sleep mode. I
won't switch to your admin account if you were not on that accoun
before sleep mode

Hi Ed,

Make sure when setting up the autologon that you select the appropriate user
account prior to delecting the option requiring a username and password.

Thanks again,
