Hello Ron,
Does your CD drive still show in Explorer? What does it show in Device Manager? Did it used to work, and if so, did you install anything immediately prior to it not working? -- Jane, not plain  64 bit enabled :-)Batteries not included. Jane,
The drive works fine and shows correctly in explorer. The autoplay function just doesn't work. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what has caused it to stop, but I can insert a disc and open it up in explorer - or other apps like MediaPlayer and play movies or CDs.
