For some unknown reason, my PDA will no longer automatically sync with
Vista / Sync centre ..... It WILL sync if I manually start Windows
Mobile Device Centre via Control Panel though.

Also, though it it won't auto sync (it always used to), it is seen by
Windows as I can easily get into the PDA through My Computer .....

I have tried un-installing the device as a sync partner -after which
it works great just once.

Any ideas folks?

Regards

Mick

Have you tried reinstalling Windows Mobile Device Center? I disabled
something related to WMDC from loading at startup and now I have to manually
start it - but for some reason it won't manually start from the the recently
used programs list or if I pin it to the start menu... it has to be done
from Start > All Programs

Hi

I was tempted just to say 'yes' - indeed, i am running the latest
version. I down-loaded it from the link (thank you) and reinstalled it.
I assume it has overwritten a corrupt file somewhere as it seems to
auto-sync just as it used to.

Fingers crossed.

Thanks

Mick
