AutoUpdate Problem with IE7

Windows XP IE7
The PC did an Automatic Update on 12/30/2007. Since that Update I have lost
my Norton AntiVirus and IE7 will not open (It hangs). I removed the update.
But did not do any good. I do not remember the KB# Any Idea's?

I had to reload IE7 and Norton AV. Now it seems to be working fine.
