i go onto the auto update page and get the message 'We've made improvements to our website. To download the new version of the software and begin using Windows Update, please click Update Now.' when i click the Update now button it just refreshes and goes back to the same page and i cant proceed any further.

1. Close the Internet Explorer.

2. Right-click the Internet Explorer icon.

2. Click "Properties."

3. On the General tab, click "Delete Files."
or

Windows Update Troubleshooter - manually download and install the Windows Update
controls
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
or

Reboot the computer and try the site again

I am having the same problem, I thought it was only my computer. I have been working with Microsoft on troubleshooting this, but so far nothing works..
