Windows Update shows that I have available updates but when I click to vew
the updates, the updates are not listed. Just showing for example that there
are 4 important and 3 optional updates but I'm not able to vew them and
choose which ones I want to install.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thank you in advance!

Try clicking on "4 important updates." It's a link to the page telling you
which updates are available. Same goes for "3 optional updates."

That's the problem Michael. After I click on the available updates they're
not listed.

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)? Were any of these applications running
in the background when you installed SP2?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the
computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought
it)?

How do I reset Windows Update components?

NB: Access KB971058 via Internet Explorer (32-bit), not any other browser.
