If I open Microsoft Update in Windows XP x64. I am getting redirected to this
site: http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/nl/default.asp
Normally I would have been op de Microsoft Update site, does anyone know a
solution?

Looks like a User-Agent problem.

How can I solve that?
BTW I am using the BETA of Internet Explorer 8, can that cause my problem.

I solved it now, deinstalled IE 8 Bèta 2. Reinstalled IE 7, and used the User
Agent String Utility. Update are running well now.

For people with the same problem here is the download link for de User Agent

That gives you some options. E.g. the Compatibility button
could force MSIE 7.0 if it is just the MSIE 8.0 which is
causing the problem or you could install the User-Agent
Picker tool, which is supposedly only usable by IE8.

Hmm... now there is a note there saying it's not compatible
with IE8b2? Who knew? For future reference then. ; )
