back up from a different drive other then "C"

I keep all my personal files off of my System "C" Drive and would like to
back them up using thebackup utiltiy in Vista Ultimate.
I can't for the life of me find a way to do it.

Is this possible? - thanks

Start Orb > Help and Support, enter "backup" in the search help field.
