back up error 0x80780018

I run vista business and wanted to make a complete backup of harddrive c to
external harddrive using the wizard. And got this error message: not all
volumes containing system data are included. Am at a loss. There seems to be
no option to include more..would be great if anybody who encountered that
error could help me? Thanks so much
