Pretty bad on computers but I need to back up my files. Have tried the
instructionns on Start up Menu, acess, system tools but no option here for
back up. Can anyone tell me how to back up on the hard drive please .

Hi - this is a Windows Update newsgroup - not the best group for your
question.

That said: you don't mention your OS version, but I suspect you're using
Windows XP Home - the help doc isn't very clear on this, but NTBackup isn't
installed by default on XP Home. You can install it from your Windows XP CD
(presuming you don't have an OEM version that has for some reason not
included this)
