Backdoor:Win32/Zonebac.gen!B

A scan of my system reveals that the following trojan,
Backdoor:Win32/Zonebac.gen!B, was found in my C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Windows OneCare Live\N folder. There is no such folder called "N" in the
Microsoft Windows OneCare Live folder. Does anyone know how to get rid of
this trojan?

Hi,

Have you got folder options set to hide protected operating system files? If
you do, you probably won't see certain folders, but you can still type them
into the address bar of Windows Explorer.
