Backgrounds do not stay in window live messenger

There seems to be a problem with the background feature of windows messenger
Live. I download the dynamic and regular backgrounds to my msn live, when i
sign in a different time to use msn, the backgrounds are all gone.

Why does this issue continue to happen?

You may want to double-check that the option to not save this information might have been
turned on. To do so, click the Tools menu (or press Alt-T if the menu is hidden), then
Options, then Security tab, and make sure that 'This is a shared computer so don't store my
address book, display picture, or personal message on it' isn't checked.
