Backing up Contacts

How can I back up my Vista Windows Mail Contacts? I just want to put them
in a folder which I can transfer to a disk when I back up my data.

The Windows Mail contacts are just plain text files in a folder....
C:\Users\<yourlogin>\Contacts.
Just include this folder in your backups.

Additionally, you might want to export the contacts into a CSV file for
additional protection.
In WM, open Contacts, Export - CSV, etc.
