Backing up licenses

When I went to install SP2, it said to backup license. I cannot find the
right tool menu mentioned in the help:

To back up your licenses
On the Tools menu, click License Management.
Click the Browse button, click a folder that you want to store backup copies
of your licenses to, and then click OK.
–or-

Click the Browse button, click a folder that you want to store backup copies
of your licenses to, and then click Make New Folder.

In the License Management dialog box, click Backup Now.
Note It is recommended that you periodically back up your licenses to a
floppy disk. If you reinstall or upgrade the operating system, your licenses
may be lost. You can use backup disks to transfer licenses from an old
computer to a new one, or to transfer licenses from a work computer to a home
computer.
