Hi Lemur

Sorry but thats not quite what the problem is.....let me explain

i run the backup from my vista laptop....and store the zip files onto
the xp machine (so in essance im just using the xp machine as a drive,
just a shared folder on the network.)

the backups work, but the vista restore function (that is just fetching
the ziped files from the shared folder that happens to be on an xp
machine) fails....

have i explained this correctly many thanks for your help in this.
regards

Wolfy
