backup error 0x81000029 in Vista Home Premium V64

"File backup could not save your automatic backup settings for the following
reason:"
"Your backup configuration is not valid. Review your backup settings.
(0x81000029)"

The problem is that OEM partition is marked as "active" as shown in disk
management.

The procedure to correct is outlined in kb/950167

However, that procedure only applies to Vista Ultimate, Vista Enterprise,
and Vista
Business, and it does not work for me in Vista Home Premium 64 (6.0, build
6001).

MVP help is appreciated.
