Backup Fails - Away Mode error - Win 7 64-bit

Just installed 64-bit Win 7. Everything works well except backup fails. The error is "Away Mode". Unlike Vista, no way to turn Away Mode off.

Suggestions? 3rd party utility? Trick? MSI board in HP desktop - now way to get to BIOS to turn off.
