Backup failures

I have been trying to use the backup functionality and it
has been erroring out consistently for over a week. It had
been working fine until recently. The two changes I made
to my configuration was upgrading to 2003 SBS premium and
installing Trend Micro C/S/M. I've run through every
config with Trend and everything seems to be right and I
have also completely uninstalled it at this point and to
no avail. Is there anything else I can try? When I look in
the event log, I get the two following event ID's.

I also seem to get a long, long list of processes, apps,
etc. that had to be "skipped" in the Backup log which I am
sure is part of the problem. Just for the sake of
thoroughness, I added a list of some of these down at the
bottom as well...

Also make sure all your databases have a "simple" recovery mode...
