Hi all

I'm currently running Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit on my PC.
I'm thinking of installing the 64 bit version, I have created a complete
backup and restore image of my entire computer on my external hard drive and
I was wondering if I did install the 64 bit version, would I be able to use
the restore image I created in the 32 bit version.

Yes, but I'd make sure the Windows Vista DVD can see the external drive
first to avoid any problems. So try booting from the disc, go into the
repair options and make sure it can see the image on the drive.

Do you intend to use the same key for both the 32-bit and 64-bit
installations? If so, activating one will deactivate the other, I think.
