Yes, you should be able to transfer it on a new PC, but please note, that
new PC must be running a licensed copy of Windows Vista Ultimate also and
the platform must be equivalent, so if the old Complete PC Backup was done
on Vista Ultimate 32-bit, the new PC must also be running Vista Ultimate
32-bit.
