I don't know any free backup solutions except copying your files by hand or
writing a script to back up your files for you. Someone else probably does.
Second Copy from
www.centered.com is an excellent and scalable backup
program. I've used it for clients on home machines, business machines, and
servers. It only costs about $30.
Acronis True Image from
www.acronis.com will do incremental backups and also
make images, which is very useful in terms of recovering a system in
minutes. It isn't free but I believe the home version is only around $40 or
so (haven't priced it).
