HP are not the only OEM who don't provide a Windows installation disk. I
have an Acer Aspire Notebook (purchased 10 months ago and still within the 1
year guaranty period), it was supplied with "System Recovery Disks", which
do not include the NTBackUP installation file. I e-mailed their "Help Line"
enquiring about the "NTBackUp.MSI" facility normally found it the "ValueAdd"
folder on the MS "Windows XP Home" installation disk, my enquiry went
un-answered.
