backups on to disc, can't open tray when it tells me to change dis

When doing a backup on to a disc the tray will not open ,when they tell me to
change the disc. the tray will open when I am not in the program or I do a
restart, than I somes times get a note on screen that b.u. not completed but
won't let me finish, It wants me to do over again in which I come back to the
same problem
please some body help

Open media player and use the menu item to 'eject'
