Backweb is usually installed by Logitech and other manufacturers to
auto-check for updates.

Check the following areas:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

In the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

and check if anything 'BackWeb' is auto started. Find the pathname that is
associated with it and see if it jogs your memory as far as what is
installed/changed and who it belongs to.

Then decide to either delete the entry or not.

Do you know how to use Windows Explorer?

First, try Start Menu | All Programs | Startup and see what is in there?

Just wanted to let you know I think it is gone. I went in and did a disc
clean up and it asked if i wanted to get rid of some temp files and there it
was. I had the computer get rid of it and it appears to be gone.

Thanks again for your help.
