Hi--
BAD POOLHEADER error:
This usually is due to a driver that is incompatible. Technically a
kernel-mode driver or process attempted to perform memoory operations on
memory that was either noexistent, at too high an IRQL, or at a level of 0
bytes, or attempted to free memory that is already free. That's the formal
definition, and I know it sounds like Sarah Palin's last interview but
that's it in geek speek. Any recently performed maintainance and often any
recently installed driver can be the cause as a more down to earth
explanation.
If there is a recently installed driver try rolling it back or checking for
the latest driver from the device's web site.
This could also indicate hdw failure because of an internal hdw problem or
because that particular hdw isn't compatible with your OS. This error can
also occur when the device itself fails, and there are often tests for that
on the manufacturer's site.

PAGE FAULT--
This stop error occurs when requested data can't be found in memory. It's
related to system memory not hard disk faults. If you added a recent memory
stick and it's not seated properly for example, this error can come up.
If hdw checks out okay, software can cause this error. If a new app has been
installed, the app could be the problem. Also check system services at
services.msc and make sure none are running you don't need because a service
can cause this. Drivers can cause this--and an example is the wrong video
driver.
**Check to see that you have the latest available video driver or one among
the latest in some cases when you get a choice as you do for example with
many NVIDIA drivers.
You need to isolate the memory that is causing this which can include Main
Memory, Video RAM, or L2 cache. The easiest way is to replace a faulty
video card with a good card and see if that gets rid of this error.
A problem with onboard cache can be isolatd by disabling the cache in the
BIOS. The system will run slower, and you'd need to replace the MOBO to lose
the error.
Replacing the RAM sticks can lose the error if they are the cause. Replacing
the RAM one stick at a time can isolate this error's cause.
You can test a video driver in Vista:
If you are sure that hdw is not the cause, and that a driver is the latest
available or different choice among the latest available drivers if there
are options you can try Startup Repair:
How to Use Startup Repair: (Any of the links provide screen shots)

You could also use the F8 options for system restore (try all of them) or
Last Known Good configuration by tapping F8 when your pc starts. I'd try
Startup Repair first by putting in the Vista DVD if you have one.
Good luck,
