I get exactly the same problem as MarkEvans, but even after searching for
drivers to reinstall, I can't seem to fix the problem. All drivers seem to be
part of the printer installation process (the wizard), but since our
WorkCenter M20 is setup on the network, it takes the driver from the host
computer, denying me any way to change which driver I want installed. I'm
wondering if the driver might have been changed on the host computer even if
I ran windows update from my workstation.
In any case, I also wonder if it's possible to manually roll back or
overwrite driver files.
