Balloon Disapear

Hi,

When i want shutdown my PC windows ask click turn off for important
update... etc but why at my right bottom corner i can not find automatic
balloon?

Hi RObear,

My Windows Version is Xp 2002 SP 3. All setting is on on security center.

Is wuauclt.exe running? If it's not running there won't be an icon
in the SysTray. Also, make sure that it is marked Always Show
so that it won't be hidden when it is otherwise available.
