Bandwidth Usage Options

We are synchronizing two 2003 R2 File Servers via DFS-R over a 2Mbps WAN
connection.
When I edit the Replication Group Schedule for a Replication Group, I can
choose between several predefined bandwidth usage values using the GUI
(...512 Kbps, 1 Mbps, 2Mbps...).
Is it possible to change these values somewhere manually and use different
values to fine-tune the replication speed? (some intermediate steps between
1Mbps and 2Mbps would be nice...)

Thanks.
