I heard many good things about this game and wanted to play it so I purchased a copy and managed to install and run the game by extracting the cab files manually, However everything runs as if in slow motion and while the cut scenes play sound just fine the game itself has no sound what so ever. I did install windows media 9 but I'm not confident that it completely installed.

Random Information:
Youtube videos demonstrate speech in main menu when mousing over certain items, when you click to go to a new page there IS sound, but the speech that's supposed to show up when mousing over/clicking on items never appears. So some sounds work while others dont?
