Every time I log onto the internet, I get a message the Bartshell module has
stopped running, I close it and continue. It also appears when I am trying to
down load items, it prevents some things from coming in. How do I fix it or
get it off my computer. Could it be from my internet provider, people pc?

Unless you installed something to replace the explorer.exe shell yourself,
then most probably this is coming from People PC. Contact their tech
support.

Yes, that's exactly what it is. Try re-installing the peoplepc software
or getting a different ISP 1/2 :-)

If you sign up with Earthlink you'll get better service AND help to fight Xenu!

What a stupid response. Hey, ****-for-brains, how do you know you'll get
better service with Earthlink?

Well, for one thing, Earthlink is a top rated ISP in both trade
magazines and consumer services, including Consumer Reports. For another,
I've used Earthlink and was generally pleased. And lastly, they're run by
Scientologists and Tom Cruise would *never* put up with line noise.
