battery alarm - turn back on??

I have vista and a battery alarm (woo), but I turned it off a while ago
and now I can't get it back on. I've been through the power and sound
options several times, but I can't find it anywhere. Can you help me fix
it?:shock:

Battery Alarm is set in Power Options, change advanced power settings. Look
it up in Help for specific instructions.

Right Click on Start Button/properties/Notification Area and put checkmark
on POWER
