If you right-click the Taskbar, and choose Properties, on the Notification
Area tab it lists the System icons available for your computer. You would
want the Power icon.
If you have no Windows Mobility Center shortcut,

be needing Vista-compatible notebook utility drivers, among others, from
your computer manufacturer.
