Bc file

I have downloaded files like i usually did when i had windows xp pro.now when
i dl programs it says bc file and it won't let me open the file.can anyone
help me with this problem? i would greatly appreciate it tnx in advance

can you translate " it says bc file" into something we can understand?

I'm not refering to the birth of christ ! i downloaded these file b 4 and i
had no problems when i had xp pro.But now that i reformated my pc and
installed vista ultimate those same files will not open after the dl
completes.it says bc file and pops up search for the proper program to open
file .Is it a security problem or does anyone now how to fix or change the
file so it will open thank to those that r helpfull in advance

yes it is from torrentspy but why won't it let me open it?is it a security
issue with vista?
