In Windows Mail (not Live Mail, just Mail) is there a way to BCC email
addresses, instead of just CC? Thanks

In a new message window: View | All Headers. Or just click the To button.

open a new message window ( like your going to send a new email ) click the
View Tab and select all headers

is that what you mean??
