Hi Microsoft

I try here do send you a message, becouse there's no other posibility. I
hope, that someone from Microsoft read and forward this Message.

The Contact-Business-Manager for PPC do not show right the forms on new
handy-display with higher resulution. Try it on the device HTC Touch pro.
The Comboboxes are to high, the border to small, some textes to small and
some positions of software-buttons are not correct.

Please correct them!

AND: The CBM on the PPC do'nt works with hardware-buttons. Please activate
on minimum the Ok-Button to start the phone after selection of a
phone-number.
AND: Please ADD also the datas of Enterprises, not only the of the
businesscontacts.

Thanks
Urs

If you want to report a problem to Microsoft, you'll have to start a support
incident. If it's a bug in the operating system, you shouldn't be charged.
Support incidents are the only way that bugs get entered into the Microsoft
system for fixing. Chances are, though, this is an HTC problem, so I'd
start there.

Its not a bug from HTC. Its a bug of the BCM for Mobiles-Software (Download
from Microsoft-Portal, BCM3PPC_DEU), if you have installed the
Business-Contact-Manager in the Microsoft-Office(professional).

If you're sure of that, then start a support incident with MS and, as I
said, you should not be charged if it's a bug.

That depends on where you are. If you are in the US, go to
support.microsoft.com and find the phone number/email address for ActiveSync
support. If not, you'll need to figure out where you are supposed to go for
support in your country. If you are outside the US, chances are it will
take a while to get through to the right support people in the US.
