Becker traffic assist gps

window's vista , media player 11 , will not sync with my becker gps. error
says " device not supported by windows. I have been to their site with no
help. Question... can I off media player 11 for M.P. 10 with the chance it
will sync with this device? Or , Does anyone know how to get around or solve
this issue.

Did you check with the manufacturer to see if the device is Vista compatible
or if it has Vista drivers? No, you can't "off" Media Player 11 and
substitute Media Player 10 in Vista, that won't work. I suspect that
updated drivers and/or software from the manufacturer will be necessary.
And if the manufacturer has none, then you are probably out of luck.
