beeps

when I click on anything I'm getting these constant beeps and my whole system
seems to become eradic, while at the same time making a sound as if the system
is going to short out but it dosen't. When I release the item that I've
clicked on
every thing go back to normal.

Please post this issue to a newsgroup that deals with the Version of
Windows that is installed. This newsgroup deals with Windows Update issues.
