Monitors don't have XP or Vista drivers, they are actually OS independent,
they just have a couple of line text file that says what resolutions they
support or the moniotor itself tells your graphics card what resolutions it
supports. In any case all of the "driving" is done by your graphics card
which has differnt drivers for some different OSs and if everything is
working fine there is nothing else you need to do.
