Is Internet Explorer version 7 or version 8 the best and most compatible for
Windows Vista Home Premium 32bits?

Right now, IE 7 is best for Windows Vista. IE8 is still a "beta"
product and should not be installed on your PC until the final
version is officially released.

7, because 8 is currently only a BETA version.

Do not use Internet Explorer. But regarding your question internet
explorer 7 is the most compatible.
